I've used Total Recorder for some time, it can be set to record anything heard in the speakers. Not free but not costly.
Sound recording tools: Total Recorder - captures any audio from the Internet, records audio from CD, microphone, line-in, converts any sound formats to WAVE and MP3

I use ActivePresenter for audio & video recordings. Its free edition can do what you want to do. I have never needed to try the paid-for version.

There are some tutorials at Tutorials - ActivePresenter - Screen Recording and Interactive ELearning Authoring Software and there is a user forum at ActivePresenter Community

You can try activating your Stereo Mix and then set it as your audio input. And you can use free screen recorders that are capable of recording screen and audio at the same time.
