Keyboard arrow keys

How do I phrase this? I'm reading my online newspaper. The up and down arrow key still functions to move position up and down, but when I use the left and right keys to go back and forth between pages it doesn't respond. I thought paper changed it's layout capabilities, but right and left keys work going back and forth between pages on my husband's computer. I have windows 10. He has windows 8, if that means anything. When I open an excel file, all arrows, up down left right, work. I tried on both Chrome and Firefox on my computer and same problem. My husband's computer browser is Chrome. So not a browser issue. I have no idea how to get out of this. It's very annoying to have to stop and focus prompt on newspapers arrows instead of keyboard's. Sweating the small stuff.

Bro 67, it takes less motion to hit the arrow on my keypad cuz my fingers are already there scrolling up and down the pages (alt left and right don't work). Call me lazy. And I discovered when I do inadvertently hit the keyboard arrow out of habit, it jumps a page for every click...but that's only visible when I use touch screen arrow on newspaper page and eventually notice I've missed some pages.

The deal is it used to work all four ways and now it will only go up and down....while reading my online paper. All four ways work just fine in word and excel. I thought it was possibly the paper's update changing feature, but, again it works 4 ways on computer with Windows 8.

No one has the answer I want. Dang.

I use Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.195 and with my online news paper in Chrome (Sun Sentinel from Ft Lauderdale), the left right arrows switch pages as they did in Windows 8. I do not believe it is a Windows 10 problem.
What have you done to try and find the problem?

I have only outlined my problem here. I know the key's task can be changed (somehow), but they work elsewhere so seems changing would present another problem.
