Possible bad RAM, incompatible RAM. Have you tried to unseat and reseat the RAM. Swap the RAM between slots, while noting on paper, which module went were. Always test with MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool Speccy and Windows is going to do nothing to help diagnose hardware issues. Check your BIOS settings to make sure that they are correct. Did you also update the Bios firmware? Oh & I do have the latest BIOS (only way Ryzen 2 would be accepted). I'll go run MemTest. . .

Nothing to do with the bios, it is about possible mismatched RAM, problematic RAM.

I see that your RAM set isn't listed in the supported memory for your motherboard. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/supp...support-mem-16 (Hope that Threadripper 2X series is the right table.) IMHO, that isn't terribly meaningful; motherboard manufacturers never test every possible RAM set. If you deal with MSI support, they may give you a hard time about that, though.

This is 99% a hardware problem. You have to download Memtest and check each one separately. If they all pass the test, it is some motherboard incompatibility which might be solved with a BIOS update. If one of them has a problem, then you have to return the whole set (unfortunately) to the store for replacement under Warranty. If you are less than 15 days from purchase, then it is DOA (Dead On Arrival) and they should replace or refund them the same day. If you are beyond DOA period (DEP, Dead After Purchase), then they might keep the set to forward to their Distributor for the replacement, so you'll have to wait. You could ask them to borrow you one 4GB or 8GB module to use your PC until replacement is complete, but they might not do it.

If You look at the Newegg description it states: "Supports AMD X370/B350/A320" doesn't say anything about supporting X399 Chipsets.

Yeah, the RAM is a issue. The OP has not been on for the past three days. Let's hope they get back and state that it was a RAM issue.
