It'd be easier to check if you provide the model number of your Lenovo laptop.
The CPU is rated for up to 64GB, so you may be OK.
@AkaneHaruka, there is no Y520-15IKBN model listed on Crucial's site, but there is a Y520-15IKBM, is that your one? If so, it looks like your RAM should be compatible. Check Crucial's list and compare the specs to your RAM.

Lenovo says 32 MB maximum RAM (2 X 16MB). Looks like your planned upgrade should be OK.
