Just installed and ran speecy motherboard version x.x
I am going to go with what is etched o the motherboard version 1.1
Still curious why Crucial memory scan shows version 1.0
I will try and save my current bios information before flashing the bios to the latest 1.1

Crucial, and many other companies, work from a database containing information given them by the manufacturers, just may not have the latest for individual devices. I did have to call them once because a Dell Dimension 2450 did not use the same memory as the Dell Dimension 2400 Series but they were knowledgeable about the difference, got the memory exchanged cross-shipped, only lost 2 days waiting. Checking the site a few days later showed the information was there.

Uninstall Symantec AV using the applicable uninstall tool:
Uninstalling Symantec Endpoint Protection with the CleanWipe utility
    Uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection

Make sure that Windows defender is on after uninstalling Symantec.

When available please update the progress with these links and fixing the device manager unknown device:

Symantec can be reinstalled after the USB unknown device is fixed and one week of computer stability ( no crashes)

Uninstalled Symantec Anti Virus. Still running Norton Utilities should I remove that ?

Followed both links to resolve issue with unknown device, but both links rely on information in the details section (under properties). I have no additional information at this screen only the reference to code 43 which indicates either software or hardware failure.

Please uninstall Norton too and use only Windows defender.
Uninstall and Reinstall Norton product using the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool
For the USB in device manager post an image of the hardware ID's.
See the instructions in the link.
