This memory stick works on other PC's. It does not show up in Device Manager or as a removal drive on my PC. I unistalled and reinstalled the Mass Storage driver in Device Manager and restarted my PC. Is there anything else I can do?

Does it show up if in the camera and the camera connected? What if you try a different memory storage in the camera, format it in the camera then try to mount on the computer. There are USB memory storage adapters. you can also try one of those, or use a Linux Live USB stick to see if it will see the memory device.
What card reader are you using and what is the brand/model/size of the memory stick?
The card reader is built into my Dell 660 PC. The memory stick is a San Disk 128MB. This memory stick has been working on this PC. It just stopped. It is working ok on another PC.
Try a USB reader to rule out the built in one being bad. Usually that is what happens when you can read the storage device in one machine and not in another.
