Try the older GPU version on Gigabyte's and still reflash the BIOS with the same version in case you have a minor corruption
Done as you said. The malfunction still happened. I am now using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter again.

get the Windows one to try too if you want too....
I just installed Unigine_Valley-1.0 on Windows. When I tried to run it, it showed the following:

I am now downloading the one for Linux.

Are you running 32bit Windows? that pic above says browser_x86.exe which is a 32 bit file, if 32bit windows you would need 32bit Drivers not 64 bit.

The file mentioned is usually included with the Nvidia Drivers and they use their version, not the one provided by Windows , but if you have no Video Drivers installed you won't have it it my guess. I am not that surprised it didn't run in Windows with the Issues you are having, you should see if a friend has an old videocard you can borrow to test with.

Perhaps I downloaded a 32-bit Windows inadvertently. I just wanted to check it out, but the malfunction happened again. I am now using a smartphone.

No. I am running 64-bit Windows. Which version should I download?

Hopefully just a 32bit version of the Browser?

If you have 64bit? ( check under Settings>System) then that's okay , I thought you may have 32bit win10 from that pic.

Try the Linux Benchmark and see if it runs there, Is Linux finding the Intel GPU? and installing the right Driver so you have accelerated graphics?......... if not I would say you have a Hardware Issue....and probably need a new Graphics card ( or CPU).

    The latest logs displayed:

    From 12/13 - 12/16 there were eleven:
    Code:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
These log entries are created when:
    a) manual power off
    b) BSOD crashes
    c) non-BSOD crashes

The non-BSOD crashes can be related to temperature, hardware, drive, etc.

The logs displayed no BSOD crashes.

There were two IGFX application errors/faulting application:

    igfxHK.exe

    @zbook
What is the conclusion? Does the problem lie in the Intel GPU?

No sooner had I found that the system is 64-bit than the malfunction happened again. I am now using my smartphone. Hopefully, zbook can confirm that the GPU is the culprit. The problem is getting worse. I may soon have to buy a CPU.
