The event viewer logs remain in a foreign language.

If there are problems after completing the tests in the above post the event viewer logs can be viewed in English by performing the following steps:
    a) make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
    b) clean install Windows 10 in English
    c) troubleshoot the computer for hardware problems
    d) after the troubleshooting has completed restore the backed up Macrium image:
    e) Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect | Tutorials

Try at intel again as it is say a driver from 2015 is the best driver for your GPU here , newer Drivers may just not be compatible , it is worth a try anyway.....

    Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen]

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80796/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G3240-3M-Cache-3-10-GHz-

Try searching for Drivers with the Hardware ID from device Manager too , just be careful where you download them from......

Your Reliability History is showing a steady stream of app failures,Suggest you go to the start of your problem in reliability History and see if it show s whether this situation is caused by hardware, software or OS,or a combination. The initiation of the failure must be established,as all others could be the result of the domino effect e.g. Windows shut down unexpectedly is merely a secondary effect, not the primary.

The Intel GPU driver is dated 2016. See if there is a more up to date driver using the Intel driver support assistant: Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Which one should I try first, the above or the following?

I suggested 15.40/4th Gen because it appears to be the latest driver specifically list for you CPU (iGPU is built into it), with old hardware the latest Driver is not always the best driver.

But I also suggested trying to find a Driver using the Hardware ID from Device Mananger at Station Drivers,Necacom or one of the other Driver Forums with a good Reputation,

A backup image can be used if there are important files, drivers, applications, etc that need to be saved and restored.

The easiest clean install is the most up to date version from Microsoft: 1809
    Download Windows 10

If there are any problems with the latest Windows version then older versions can be tried with older iso:

I just clean installed version 1809 in English.
I disabled automatic Windows updates before setting up an Internet connection.
