UEFI/GPT-based hard drive partitions default layout for windows10

I have been currently looking in my laptop the default windows 10 partition layout which seems to be very odd in my case. well, i was recently reading an article here:

and saw that the default partition layout for uefi systems, which is a way different case with me. here is my layout.


As in my layout, the first partition is new volume f which used as storing user data and then i have efi, then C:), then oem which is why i am asking here, is it good or bad to have this type of layout.

let me give more info now, i clean installed windows 10 a way months ago deleted some partitions and left the efi and some recovery partitions which was of oem recovery win8 backup. but after certain time i deleted that oem backup because obviously, why do i need win8 when we have win10 now. from which that F partition got stuck in the first place.

the good thing is everything runs fine in my system but sometimes randomly it just runs like hell slow and sometimes fast like a speed of light(not so fast, just joking) and the second thing is when i boot my laptop, the dell(manufacturer logo) boots twice to boot into system(let me explain this in the steps if you don't understand, at first the dell logo appears but with no loading, then it goes, then again dell logo appears and loading begins and finally i am in the system). the funny thing is that this has absolutely no effect on system(according to me).

can you help me with this if you understand what i am saying. i would greatly appreciate the help

My view- probably nothing amiss. I'd guess you 826MB partition is the Windows Recovery partition (which on occasion has peculiarly been designated OEM). There should also be a small (16Mb) partition not shown by design by Disk Management.

I deleted some partitions even after clean installing and merged some partitions. That's why there's not 16mb partition. It's not because disk manager isn't showing. There's actually no partition as i said above.

What did you use to delete partitions? Disk Manager by design will never show the 16MB Microsoft Reserved (MSR) partition. You couldn't delete it with Disk Manager, even if you wanted to. Minitools Partition Wizard will show one more partition than Disk Manager for the same gpt disk.

Yes i used the minitool partition to delete some partitions.

Order of partitions is not important either.

That's why i am asking that i have new volume F(data storage partition) is my first. So this will effect my laptop or not. Considering the rest msg which is in second para. The slow or fast performance and the dell logo(boot twice)because this was not happening before the clean the install. It was after the clean install

The Dell logo is a custom BootLogo embedded in the firmware. It is shown twice, first by the POST, the again as a replacement for the generic 'blue window' BootLogo while Windows boots.

Was that a legacy MBR install previously? Probably, as a UEFI boot will use the custom logo from the firmware (if present) in preference to the default MS logo.

In the following image, the BootLogo is identified by the green outline, the BootStatusIndicator is identified by the red outline, and the BootStatusMessage is identified by the blue outline....

...The only supported way to replace the startup logo with a custom logo is to modify the Boot Graphics Resource Table (BGRT) on a device that uses UEFI as the firmware interface. If your device uses the BGRT to include a custom logo, it is always displayed and you cannot suppress the custom logo.

I don't think so of the legacy mbr setup before becuase if it was lagacy, then would not be able to install to gpt/uefi type hard drive because that would need to be firstly convert from legacy to uefi which i haven't done.

And what about the partition layout?
A question regarding cames to my mind that can we delete every single partition during clean install like efi + oem + C and all others like i had done before, I didn't deleted efi that time but deleted all except recovery and some other waste partitions. My main concern is of efi and oem

Where have you gone??? I need just last little help here on above.
