lol two years ago
Issue normally is a popup on the iphone needs to be approved to grant access to windows iphone also needs to be open
Second is win-10 hides empty drives and it would be empty until access is granted.
Cannot See iPhone in File Explorer

Previouse Win 7 did recognise apple equipment so that I could download photos to the desktop but although I tunes syncs with my phone and pad, win 10 will not show them in explorer. How can I download pics without using the cloud?
