Is is normal for motherboard to forget boot sequence on startup?

Let's say I have 3 Disks in my desktop.

    Disk 1 Windows 10 with Config A
    Disk 2 Windows 10 with Config B
    Disk 3 Windows 10 with Config C

So basically my PC will have 3 boot managers.

Now I can set the boot sequence to say Disk 2 , form he bios.

Now of course, after saving and exiting the bio, PC will start with Disk 2.

But will it stay that way?

Right now I have main disk with windows 10, and another disk from a laptop with Windows 10, and boot order and sequence keeps getting mixed up with blue screens...

Is it normal for motherboard to "forget" boot sequence on restarts even after I set them up manually?

If the CMOS/Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor battery is not losing power and if the [usually] F10 Save and Exit has been chosen the Boot sequence and other settings should be saved.

    wow, what a pro answer!

I do F10 yes, and then when restart, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't...

When doesn't I get a blue screen or can't find disk, need to remove the second disk with other OS on it, F2 in bios and reset again.

I also get Kernel Power errors 41, so could be PSU also, but can a kernel power 41 also be the board?

Board has deffective HDMI port, so having problems for sure, will do RMA on the board today, could be BOTH a bad board AND PSU?

System is pretty much brand new:

Have run into similar issues in the past [started building computers in a shop in '94] and it is quite difficult to determine if the motherboard took out the power supply or vice versa. With the older AT style motherboards things were easier as the power supply was controlled by a switch on the front of the case. The ATX boards control the power supply, pressing the switch tells the board to start the power, hence the always-power-on feature unless removing the power cord.

So replace both I guess? All under warranty, board it fried 100% sure, because HDMI doesn't even work...

For PSU, I see Kernel Power Errors 41, so I guess will put a new board in first see if it works...do you think AsRock will fix my board with duct tape or give me a new one? I listed all the problems to them, tons of em!

Bought new SSD, everything is new , reseated the RAM, reset the BIOS , formatted etc...CPU passed in intel test, all disk passed SMART, RAM test is fine.
