    Bluetooth Headphones Sound Issue In-Game

I just got my first set of Bluetooth headphones yesterday. The work very well with Windows so far, but when I play Forza they cut out. They'll start working for about a minute of the game then just stop. When I exit the game they then don't work again in Windows until I remove and re-pair the headphones in Bluetooth settings.

In sound properties I tried setting the default for Forza to the headphones but that makes no difference. Tried disabling the microphone portion of the headphones as well. I am also using a Bluetooth Xbox controller. Both are Bluetooth 4.1 as is my adapter. I thought maybe that was too much Bluetooth going on but the same issue happens if the controller is disconnected and I use kb/mouse except when I exit the headset works fine in Windows and I don't have to re-pair. No other devices are connected with BT.

well try to conduct few experiments , like if this happen only with forza or all games , like would the headphones do so when fully charged or when connected to charging cables , update your bluetooth driver and check if they are not replaced by microsoft's drivers , search the net if that brand is reputable or giving people hard times etc .

Hi. Okay charge level or being connected to charge does not have an effect.

I am on 1809 and have the latest drivers (circa 2016) from my OEM for my Bluetooth adapter (Qualcomm). Zero problems listening to music for extended periods of time. I did just do some testing and am getting different results now. Thought maybe it was an MS game issue. Forza 3 and 4 and GTAV Bluetooth sound all works fine with the BT Xbox controller off. As soon as I turn that on sound cuts off. Turn it off and sound resumes. This also happens in the Windows environment too.

I did have to remove and re-pair the headphones after coming out of GTAV (first game I tried) but then all was fine (as long as controller is off).
