How to choose RAM (memory)?

You have one SODIMM. You can add an 8GB one, for a total of 12GB.

It would be less expensive to add a second 4GB SODIMM, giving you 8GB total. That would probably also give you dual-channel operation, although you may not notice the performance increase outside of benchmarks.

Hi, thank you very much for guiding me in right direction.
This is the present condition after adding 8 GB memory including old 4 GB total 12 GB.
As per computer system (English translation)
Installed Physical Memory 12.0 GB
Total Physical memory 11.9 GB
Available Physical memory 8.45 GB
Total Virtual Memory 13.7 GB
Available Virtual Memory 10.4 GB
