How To Format 494 KB "Partition" on Formatted USB Drive

I should know this. I have a feeling I should use Diskpart but would appreciate some guidance and steps to take. Disk management does not show the 494 KB partition. I guess I want to delete the 494 KB and merge it with the "rest" of the USB stick. When I attempted to format I renamed the stick to 1803 though previously it had a different name. Thanks so much.

It appears for some reason your USB drive has been set up UEFI/GPT and that partition is needed. I don't know what you're doing with this USB Drive but I would just format it back to NTFS, or for that small a USB Fat 32 that should take care of any extra partitions. You could use Diskpart to do this or Disk Manager, or Minitool Partition Wizard or any other partitioning tool. I have seen this result when using Rufus to create a Windows To Go USB stick. Ended up using gparted (linux) to clean things up in order to re-use it as intended.

Just as Clintlgmsaid, open minitool partition wizard or other partitioning tool to see whether the 494 KB partition is showing up. If yes, just delete it to release an unallocated space, and then extend E: to the space.
