I put the ssd in a system with windows 7 , installed Transcend SSD Scope.
The Firmware update show that i have the latest version.
Performance and Scan come with good results, Wear out Indicator is 95%( good as new).

What else can i do ?

I had a similar problem once, and it was because the data cable from motherboards SATA port to the disk pushed one of my disks pins back a bit, and the connection was bad.

I had to take the disk apart and slide the pin forward.

The pins seems to be in place.

I tried with and without fast boot.

I think it somehow connected to UEFI Configuration
