Seagate Backup Plus HDD not showing up in My Computer

I cannot see the external hard drive in "This PC." I have verified that it shows up in Device Management. And it shows up in Disk Management. It shows it's operating normally. When I populate the volume, it shows that it's online, has 4 volumes but no drive letters. I've read in other posts to add/change a letter. This option doesn't exist in the drop down. It only shows I can covert it to a Dynamic Disk or select Properties. I also have installed the associated Paragon driver and have verified that it is installed in Add/Remove Programs. How do I see the external Seagate drive?

    Welcome to TenForums @BigSun

What 'drop down' are you talking about? The normal way in Disk Management to get the option to change or add a drive letter to a partition is to right-click on the partition.

You may also want to check if automount is enabled. See this tutorial.

Automount is enabled by default in Windows. When enabled, Windows automatically mounts the file system for a new volume (disk or drive) when it is added (connected) to the system, and then assigns a drive letter to the volume.

If you disable automount, it prevents Windows from automatically mounting and assigning drive letters to any new basic volumes (disk or drive) added (connected) to the system.
