    Are you booting UEFI?

I assume you are trying to delete disk 4 and disk 4 has your EFI partition. Is this correct?

It is always best to install Windows with a single storage device installed.

Make sure windows boots ok first by pulling power on that disk then put it back and you can delete in disk managment or any free paritioning software

From the screenshot, I can see disk 4 has some system partitions and the rest space is unallocated. I would just remove any partition and then format the whole disk as a single NTFS partition. If you want to install Windows there, remove all partitions and then click next (from Windows Setup).

the problem was that i couldn't remove those extra partitions on disk 4 because that it was the OS disk while it wasnt since disk 0 was the OS disk at the time. anyway i booted from the ubs drive into windows install then just cleaned the disks from there and then unplugged all the disks from the motherboard and just installed with 1 disk in the motherboard and it works as it should now.
