Sorry for not making it clear in first post.

I installed new ssd in pc, then clean installed windows 10 without secondary hdd connected into pc. Then, I try to connect secondary hdd to pc and boot it, but then pc asks which one OS I want to boot from and offers only windows 7. So I unplug secondary hdd and with only ssd pluged in, windows 10 works. Then I changed ssd with windows10 and installed ssd with windows7, connected secondary hdd and booted normaly. Then I started copying files from secondary hdd to external hdd. After it was completed I turned off pc, swaped ssd and unpluged secondary hdd. Files are missing from external hdd and don't know how to copy those files.

Try again copying from secondary to external drive, there's no reason why it wouldn't copy with any OS.
