These profiles are pre loaded when you do a scan of your games. Before I formatted. When you play say cs go. The profile would automatically activate. And when done playing it the lighting would go back to default setting.

Do you even have games showing in the software as in the screenshot? If not click the scan button.
Those are the preset profiles you get when you scan at setup etc. As far as your particular keyboard you don't even list, I have no idea what you mean about light-up etc.. I suggest you go here first as well as check the documentation for your specific keyboard;

I make a backup of my profile folder for just this reason. User/preset profiles are stored in:
C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Local\Logitech\Logitech Gaming Software\Profiles
Copy the folder or just the profiles you want to backup and you'll be good to go.
Yes. The game presets are listed for PUBG and CS GO. Just not sure what options have to used for it to work.
That's all I can do, as I said above click the link for Logitech page with help. I've never tried it with just a keyboard, it's always been the mouse that triggers the profile and as I first stated you have to use the stored PC profile not the onboard mouse memory.
I think Logitech stopped developing their own mouse drivers? I purchased a MX-3 Anywhere mouse and installed it last week. The Options drivers are Microsoft HID Compliant device drivers. The Options mouse control software work as they are supposed to, however.

I wish they'd add a taskbar notification icon for checking battery levels like Setpoint had before Options came out. Now you need to navigate through an app to see the battery levels ... or did I miss something somewhere in the setup / settings?
