I wanted to clarify something from my previous posts.

I don't know if you've seen this yet, but you might want to check it out. I reported the problem described there to Logitech before the release of 9.50.269, but it was is not addressed in that latest update.

A workaround is to uninstall Logitech Options after using it, and reinstall when you have need of it, after which you can uninstall again. Devices will run properly without having it installed.

I recently discovered that the problems I reported here are actually caused when "smooth scrolling" is enabled.
I just wanted to make sure that it was understood I was referring to disabling the "smooth scrolling" in Logitech Options" itself, and not in Firefox settings, Windows settings, etc.

Well, I do hope this bug - prevalent since the above post - has now been addressed with the latest release, as Options has been crashing numerous times a day ever since (which then in turn prevented special keys and such from working until Options was re-loaded).
This has been an incessant headache with v9.60.87.0 - I'm usually not so keen to update Logitech Options because overall, it walks with a limp. Thanks to this post, I'll update it.

So happy that someone else had the issue.

I'm equally glad that it was not just me having this problem either...!

And so far so good - I've not seen Options crashing since I updated to the latest version two days ago.

The latest version works for me okay - since I updated last week I no longer witnessed LogiOptionsMgr.exe crashing on my PC.
