I was getting this error in reliability monitor prior to the latest upgrade:

    Attachment 217964

Now, however, when I run Logitech options, even though my M325 is connected via a Unifying Receiver and is working fine, I get this:

    Attachment 217965

    Anybody have any ideas?
I believe Ed you will find it actually needs Setpoint not Options but double check , it is not on the supported list unless I missed it, and under downloads it have a link to Setpoint.

    and downloads for the M325

Makes absolute sense. Thanks @Kbird for the explanation, and @krzemien for the validation. Both are appreciated. I'm going to uninstall Logitech Options and reinstall SetPoint. If the results turn out as expected, I'll come back and confirm that this works, then mark the thread "Solved." Thanks again!

[Followup added 23 hrs later] I ended up uninstalling Logitech Options using Revo Uninstaller. Then I also uninstalled SetPoint, because it turns out I didn't need it, either. See my WED blog post from yesterday for details: Logitech Options Prove Unnecessary - Windows Enterprise Desktop
I can't mark this thread solved, because it's not my thread! But I can say my problem is solved indeed, and post this amusing little graphic:

I was able to use Revo Uninstaller to remove Logitech Options from my system (first UWP app I've loaded that still "came off" the conventional way). I also uninstalled SetPoint, because upon reading the online docs for that package, I realized from reading the "When to install SetPoint" section that I don't need it, either. Hasta la vista, Baby! Problems solved. Thanks again!

Can Logitech Options be used for Performance MX mouse customization?

I used Logitech Options to "add" my Performance MX mouse (circa 2011, ~$100). I don't see the mouse as able to be customized in LO. Is it possible? Do I need to keep TWO pieces of software (set point and LO) on my machine to have features like battery notification, customizing buttons, etc.?

A little more detail. I have the MX Anywhere mouse, so when I launch Set Point, it tells me that that mouse isn't compatible with Set Point, so I should launch Logitech Options. When I do, I only see the MX Anywhere mouse, and not the Performance MX.

Adding a device, launches (basically) the unifying software and I see both mice and my K270 keyboard as already paired, but can't see the Performance MX or the K270 keyboard in Logitech Options to customize them. I can only customize them in Set Point.

Can someone provide some guidance on how I can use Logitech Options to customize all of my devices?
