Have a 2 year old Asus laptop with 10 on it. I've noticed that when I right click on things that would normally give me options to, say delete, move, copy, paste, etc....are not there. Meaning there is nothing there to be able to do.
Is this just a windows 10 deal, or some default function set up within Asus? Reaching out now, after all this time as it's recently been more of a pain, without this normal function. Thx Greg
Hi, I understand you're not seeing any context menus. These are still used and available as normal.
Can you right click anything? For example, can you rt click (hold button down) and drag a file?
Have you tried both with your touchpad and an external mouse? I.e. is it a hardware or a software problem?
When did this start to happen? Was it after a particular update or feature update (upgrade?).
If you look at your Device Manager, are there any missing drivers?
Please complete your system specs including
- your Windows build (Windows key + R, winver)
- your exact laptop model
