Disabled Zenbook NX500JK laptop webcam now driver is lost

    Well there are a lot of members so they may have a much better idea.

    I went and read about the last CU. Doesn't mention anything about drivers, just security for several items.

    Do you have a disk imaging software?

    If not please have a look at Macrium Reflect. This has saved countless hours and is far more reliable than Restore Points.

    Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

    You do need to create and test boot disk.

    Then when something like this happens it is a quick reliable restore. The software is free.

    Might even give you a safety net before trying restore points.

    Tried googling Asus Zenbook Webcam and no obvious fixes.

I have a web cam that id's as: USB\VID_05E1&PID_0B01&REV_0002, for the driver. Does anyone know where to get this driver from a site that gives a clean version of the driver without the potential viruses.
