    That's governed by driver and it's (also that device's) ability to use Power Saving mode.

    Hey ajfudge,
    You MB uses the Intel® HM170 Chipset ... if you want to try updating your chipset drives here are the links for Intel and Asus.

    Note:
    1. Asus Version: 10.1.1.9 - 8/13/2015
    2. Intel Verison: 10.1.17 - 8/24/2018 (this is the latest for that chipset)
