Hi, I think you're saying Windows doesn't recognise that an external drive has been connected when you plug it in when Windows is running.

    Try working through these:

If still no luck, post back with what you've tried (keep a record).

Thank you for the clarification - that reads quite differently.

An interesting discussion of this here:
USB drive disconnect during large transfer... also affects Win7 32bit - Microsoft Community

    - e.g. consider disconnecting other USB devices
    - don't use front USB ports (desktop) - power considerations?
    - suggestion in post containing "I should mention that I made a great deal of progress" August 7 2015

    thanks for replay

i don't think it's power problem cuz i did some testing on live Windows disk

list of my tries to fix problem
1.disabled Suspend device in power option.
    2.disabled legacy USB in bios.
3.uninstalling driver USB 3.0 and reinstalling.
    any suggestion?

So are you saying that this only happens on your Friends Computer ? But if you copy large files on your system, it works correctly ?

FYI - I have a couple of USB 3.0 external drives that do the same thing. However on a different system, they work like the charm even with the same data. After debugging this issue with the External enclosure manufacture and they determined that its likely an issue with their chipset that they use in the enclosure in question. They sent me a new enclosure with a different chipset and it works with no problems. So your problem could be with the external enclosure.

Please verify the 2 questions that I asked.

No I did test it on my friend laptop a few month back and I test it in pc when copying large files like 5 gb usb3 devices stops working and I should restart to use usb 3 devices again
And I did test it in live boot disk (windows 10 pe) installed sniper elite 3 and copy 13 gb file without any problem
It has problem only in windows environment

Hazarding a guess, it might be a difference in the drivers used in the different scenarios.
