Well, you said
And I did test it in live boot disk (windows 10 pe) installed sniper elite 3 and copy 13 gb file without any problem
- I assumed you meant the same PC and ports used when it fails when Windows is running normally.

But I also then wonder about how much spare RAM your PC has, and how it's handling paging... as it fails with large files.

I have both cases
Freezing randomly even when watching movies or navigate into hdd files
Sometimes freeze I should restart
And sometimes device disconnect

Freezes are hard to diagnose. Start by monitoring your task manager when one occurs- is there excessive resource use?

Do basic hardware checks
- disk (e.g. Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) - great text description on its GUI if there's a problem)
-RAM check (e.g. see tutorials).

Check you have enough free space on C: - how much do you have?
What are your page file settings - have you ever changed them?

How much free RAM do you have - what does the Resource Monitor (task manager) show when these problems occur?

How I solved this issue on my system...

Sorry to res an old thread but I wanted there to be a possible solution that I used posted as it did work...

I had the same issue, 15% transfer then dead, just flatlined. Only on large files however, so strange. Well after some noodling I found it came down to of all thing the SATA (yes i know this is an external UAS drive) drivers, somehow mine had changed to some very old and janky drivers from 2015 for AMD SATA AHCI.

Careful! Changing your drive interface drivers can cause a failure if changing from ATA to AHCI mode (or vice versa), ENSURE you are NOT changing from an ATA based driver to the AHCI mode, you can only or should only do this from safe mode (or change then advanced boot to safe to allow the changes to be made then regular boot), because if you don't you more than likely will not be able to boot your system, safe mode might come automatically but might not. So use this at your own risk. That being said, if you are switching from one AHCI mode driver to another AHCI mode driver, typically this is safe and can be done as advised below:

I replaced them with the original windows generic drivers as shown below, you can do this by rolling back your drivers by double clicking the incorrect or offending driver listed in your device manager, selecting the driver tab, then select roll back, if that does not work or it is grayed out, then you should select: 1."update driver", 2."Browse My Computer For Drivers"3."Let Me Pick from A list of available drivers on my computer", there you should find the driver entitled the same as the below image, this is the windows default driver, and in my experience is usually the most up to date and performant vs. chipset driver package drivers, they always give me trouble and/or are ancient.

I tested all the files that would not work before (4GB, 10GB, 15GB, 25GB) all transferred fast and without error. YMMV but I hope this works for someone else. My other suggestion would also be (just because I know it can TOO cause issues) make sure you are not overloading your USB with power hungry devices, get an external hub with high power, let it do the work, not your mobo ports.

Good luck!
