While this could be a PSU issue I believe this is a recently built device. Cotrect?
Have you monitored and proven that your CPU is being cooled properly.
First a product to stress your device.
Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU
While it is being stressed you need to monitor your CPU temps.

It is expected that CPU temps will climb but they should plateau. You might also check your event viewer for thermal events. While there will be lots of events you can reference the time period when your device last reset.
If you are experiencing thermal events or your temps don't level off you need to review your CPU cooling and thermal paste.

I briefly saw your full specs on the hardware thread. I have to believe 750 watt is more than sufficient.
That said use the two tools I provided. Maybe CPU cooler got knocked. See if you can run and sustain Prime95 with a consistent temperature plateau.
You could try this PSU calculator and see if you fall within 750w. 10 minute exercise.

Check the security of the power cables between the PSU and GPU. I had to replace one on my modular PSU to solve a similar problem.

update it was the psu the gx cool master 650 is utter garbage and does not provide enough power when I changed to a g2 evga supernova the pc was fine no crashes I also solved the shutdown issue by removing the windows updated GPU drivers with gpu uninstall and reinstalling the 411.70 drives no crashes as of yet
