@Try3, it sounds like to me that your internet browser settings need to be configured to allow you to browse the website. I have had this happen to me before. I had to check the TLS settings under Security in Internet Explorer to view a website once. Make sure that TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 are checked. It is under Internet Options in Internet Explorer.

@jumanji, or anyone who may be able to help. I am still having issues finding the lost partitions. There has to be a free software that I can download to recover them. I tried finding them yesterday and couldn't do so. Right now, I am using Minitool Partition Wizard 9. Please help. This machine is used for an embroidery machine and she needs all of her stuff back.

OK, @Jesse Williams , so far I had rightly or wrongly assumed your intention was to bring the laptop alive by restoring the partitions. Now you want data to be recovered.

Try booting into a Live Linux.

Somewhere in that thread I have said "( I had used Lucid Puppy to recover data only once and that one time I had to read my own guide when it came to copying from one drive to another .)"

@jumanji, I would really like both the partitions and the data restored. Restoring the Recovery Partition would help me repair it better, probably. This computer job for me has been a difficult one.

What happened to the snapshot you were going to post?

@jumanji, I believe I have found what I am looking for. I just need to figure out how to get it set up. I will post a snapshot of what I found. It has Windows listed. I changed the drive letter C, but it still won't boot. Any suggestions?

I forgot to post that. This computer has been a headache for me. It shows lots of partitions.

@jumanji, another problem with this computer is that the boot.ini file is corrupted. Maybe, if it wasn't corrupted, it would boot? I am letting it scan for Lost/Deleted Partitions again. Yes, I will post the snapshot this time.
