Need some help.
I have a old Toshiba L735 Satellite Laptop which I use as a back and with a SSD in it it works well.
However the battery is shocking. I bought a replacement battery a while ago and that turned out a dud.
Any advice on buying a new battery for this please as I hate having to constantly connect the charger just to use the laptop for more than an hour.

Did you buy a genuine Toshiba battery or a look alike?
I had a bad experience with a look alike for an HP, within a year it was as bad as original.
I've used Interstate batteries before with good results. Looks like they have two for that model, in different strengths.

You could try here an official Toshiba Parts supplier, I got a Toshiba laptop keyboard from them though some items are a ridiculous price, they don't list a battery for mine. Still going on the original after 5 years.

I have found these people cheap, the batteries I bought from them have lasted well & they have good customer service - http://www.laptopsandspares.com/ They're in Wilts.
