Ok folks. I seriously appreciate your helpful comments regarding this. Glad you're all about for us who are less technologically minded. Permit me to edit this:
Under Program/Data, there is a Folder there called NVIDIA which contains a massive 3.12 MB. Right below that, is the Folder called NVIDIA Corporation which does not contain Installer or Installer 2. I do see Installer 2 under Program Files, of which I deleted all files therein.
The NVIDIA Folder under Program Data ... should that be left alone?

I was thinking the same as you but if it's permissible, I'd do it. Let me know what you find.

Yes I have a little under 3mb in that folder, I would leave it be for now, as Nvidia might use this during an update install. Maybe its some kind of record keeping. I'm not sure, so I would leave it alone for now anyhow.

In earlier versions of the Nvidia drivers, files were extracted to a folder Nvidia created, C:\Nvidia\Displaydriver. You could redirect this as well during the install. This is the folder/files I was talking about and are referenced in the Nvidia release notes not the files in C:\Programs\Nvidia Corporation.

Let me see if I'm following you correctly. When you say "You could redirect this as well during the install" are you speaking in a past tense, e.g. what used to be in the older versions or otherwise?

You can redirect where the install files are extracted currently as well as previously..
