    Mouse cursor acts weird

Good morning everyone, I hope some of you can help me.
My mouse cursor acts extremely weird: when I left click it randomly executes a right click. Right now I must do a project on Inventor and it's basically impossible to continue.
This is what I tried so far, but the problem persists:
    - try another mouse,
    - try a different usb port,
    - use only the touchpad,
    - disable the touchpad and use only the mouse,
    - in mouse settings the left click is set as the main button
    - restart the pc
    - windows 10 is fully updated to build 1803 ( 17134.254)

    The problem appeared yesterday evening.
    Any help is deeply appreciate
    Yours, Alessandro

Sounds like there is a stuck key on the keyboard.. You didn't say if this is a laptop or desktop, but since you mentioned Touchpad, I assume it is a Laptop and you are using the onboard keyboard.?
Try updating the driver for the keyboard and mouse at your computer manufacturers drivers site.

I managed to solve it but it was kinda tricky. Basically the problem was one mouse, (I tried it on another computer and it showed the same problem), but the strange thing was that once the defective mouse had been disconnected and another plugged in, the same bizarre behaviour persisted for few second after, making it diffucult to get to the bottom of it.
    Thank you for the patience.
