After all, I presume that very few of the people in here ( @Bree being the first exception) are/were IT support professionals. But we're here to learn and help other people with the issues they have, which in it's own, is also part of our own learning process.

So Milton, the more you ask, the more you learn and by following good advice, like the one you received above, makes you try more things and make your life easier with these exciting "devil's instruments" called computers!

Hmmm, I suspect quite a few may be, and I've seen several say things like "...on a client's machine I'm working on...". Anyway, an IT professional will have expertise in their own specialist areas but may be as hazy as the rest of us in all the others.

Works the other way too. The more I try to answer questions outside my comfort zone, the more new things I learn in researching the answers. As I said, I enjoy the challenge of a new problem as, I suspect, do all the other 'regulars' here. So feel free to ask anything
