The software comes on a DVD with the motherboard. If you don't have it I suggest you try the gigabyte web site. That should give you three most up to date software.

The problem is not with Windows 10, it is with the Gigabyte App Center software.
In my case, it seems to appear because I have no Wi-Fi card built-in to my Gigabyte motherboard.
Where a lack of on-board Wi-Fi is not the cause, some people have reported success by installing the latest version of APP Center from the Gigabyte web site. (Gigabyte Downloads). The current version of APP Center (as of the date of writing this post) is B15.0916
In my case, I simply turned off the App Center components that were causing the problem (components that I don't need or use anyway).
The components that seem to fall over due to a lack of on-board Wi-Fi are:
- Cloud Server Station,
- GIGABYTE Remote and,
- Remote OC.
The fix:
- Open APP Center application (in the System Tray - bottom right of your screen)
- Click on the tabs for each of the three components I listed above.
- Look for a switch button titled "Always run on next reboot"
- Turn this switch OFF.
I hope this helps,
Cheers
This message is for James Callan.
I just installed win 10 pro on my new customised PC.
I, as well, am getting the error message
"cannot release to failure" something like that.
I tried what you did, but i honestly can't find the drivers for my Gig mobo.
Not for win 10 anyway. I'll try to do another search.
