Fresh install of Win10 on Samsung All In One now touchscreen disabled

I have a Samsung DP700A3D-A01US all in one that was extremely sluggish. It was a Win8 PC that I had previously upgraded to Win 10. I finally could not take the freezing and waiting and decided to do a fresh install of Win 10. The fresh install is performing much better, however Samsung has not posted any drivers for win 10 and the touchscreen driver will not execute as it sees it is being executed on win 10. I also tried to execute with the option from the command prompt where it will ignore the fact that I an executing in win 10. It ran but the touchscreen still does not work. I went back and uninstalled. I am guessing there are a host of drivers that are problematic causing the touch screen driver to fail. I also don't see it in device manager under the human interrace section where it should be found.

Should I pay for one of those driver update utilities to solve this problem?

I have no great confidence in this, but have you tried using the troubleshooter to run the installer as for Windows 8?

The original Win10 upgrade presumably kept the Win8 drivers.

thanks bobkn. Since this was a fresh install, I blew away anything that was on the HDD. I can probably find a version of the previous W10 install that was working from the W8 to W10 upgrade, but that was painfully slow to use. Not sure if restoring that will give me any other options.
