    I can't seem to find that app anywhere on my computer?

    I think the point - like your concern about infotips and pop-ups- is that you don't like some of the features of the OS.

    If Windows offends you excessively, you might like to consider using Linux...

    As users we don't have total control over how the OS behaves.

    Multi-boot Windows 10/11 - RTM, RP, Beta, and Insider

    Or get a Mac. Or go back to Windows 7 or XP. Or the Linux as suggested. At some point, if your life with Windows 10 is so uncomfortable, you may need to divorce yourself from it.

    It wouldn't really make sense to waste my money on a macbook, since im mostly satisfied with windows, besides a few annoyances.
