Can't remove paired bluetooth devices in Windows 10

Hi, I have a problem with bluetooth in Windows 10.
I can't remove bluetooth devices to re-pair them. I tried add bluetooth manual but can't found my devices.
In Bluetooth setting, none of them appear but I can see them in Devices Manager, like images below.

I tried uninstall one-by-one devices and re-install bluetooth driver but they keep re-appearing after refresh Devices Manager windows.
If anyone how to fix this problem, please help me.
    Thanks.

I always found that I had to remove the device from the Control panel, Devices and Printers page if I wanted to clear things up ready for a new attempt.

I made an account here just to thank you for this solution. I spent hours trying to remove a paired bluetooth controller from my machine from the bluetooth menu, device manager, even using third party programs. Every time I would go to pair the controller again the system would re-install the driver as soon as the controller went to pairing mode, but it wouldn't actually pair!

Removing it this way made it instantly show up in my pairing list and it works perfectly. I was about to reinstall Windows I was so frustrated.

Thank you!!!! You're my internet hero of the day.

Just wanted to add that I had the same issue and when I had done the above, I still wasn't able to remove it. After some investigation I found out that you need to have the "device association service" running. If you had tweaked your services and had turned this service off, you won't be able to either remove or add bluetooth devices.
    To enable:
    1) Windows key + R.
    2) Type "services.msc" in the run box and press enter.
    3) Look for the "device association service," right click and set to "automatic" from properties option.
    4) Right click on "device association service" and select "start."

I had the same problem as solved as follows:
    1) Installed the Bluetooth Command Line Tools
Bluetooth command line tools - work with bluetooth from the command line
    2) Get the MAC address of my device
This can be obtained in Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers in the properties of the device. It often appears under the name of "Unique identifier"
    3) run the command
    btpair -u -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
This will unpair (-u) the bluetooth device with the xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx MAC address

This was SUPER helpful. I just couldn't remove device from Settings at all or Devices and Printers, and this helped me. Thanks.

I was experiencing the exact same problem; unable to uninstall my headset and re-pair. After downloading the command prompt bluetooth tools and following the instructions, I uninstalled my device and was able to pair. I am not one to post on these forums, but had to register to say thank you. Not often you find a solution to such a specific problem. Thanks!

After looking around for a couple days this was also the only thing I found that worked, many thanks
