No. The only ways I know of are removing it by
- Settings, Devices, Bluetooth & other devices
- Control panel, Devices & printers, right-click on the Bluetooth device, Remove device.
- Bluetooth Command Line Tools such as btpair -u {which removes all paired devices}

I haven't read everything in this thread, but all that I've seen depend on the device showing up in Devices and Printers, though it might be labelled as Unidentified. My problem is different and more difficult: the devices don't show up in Devices and Printers at all. When I try to add them with Add a Device, they show up after what looks like a search, but when I chose one and click Next, I get the unhelpful message "That didn't work"'.
