Windows 10 Driver installation

Hi really need some help
I had to wipe my teclast tbook 11 as Windows bricked and I have installed a fresh copy via USB all good. None of the devices work even wi fi do I downloaded the driver set unzipped it and its ready to go. On a video I watched the guy copy's all the folders and pastes them in to another. Then the drivers work. I do not know which folder to paste the driver files to. Anyone know how to do this. When I try to go via device manager and do it that way Windows says best driver installed so this paste seems to be the only way.

Give Snappy Driver Installer a try, but make a backup copy and restore point before proceeding.

all those "Driver" things are essentially worse than Snake oil -- some install other bits of software / spyware etc and a lot have a nasty provison of finding n alleged driver but in order to download it you have to "Go Pro" i.e PAY.

Drivers are invariably available on the manufacturers sites for ZERO cost, and W10 itself does a pretty good job of finding them in any case.

If Windows really can't find one then you can look up the device id ("VEN") from the windows event log (under device with ? or unknown device -->properties-->event log). Ther'll be VEN with a number - copy that and enter it into a google search to get the details and hence the manufacturer.

Thanks for the advice if I use snappy Driver can that search the folders on the PC to install as my network adaptor dose not work nor touch screen USB drivers work so I tried to do USB to ethernet but that failed
