If you switching from amd to intel, you will need to adjust the OS to boot on new hardware.
There are vatious programs to do it.

You can try this, it works for win7, though the provided boot cd needs to be booted in bios mode

There are others, paragon did a free linux iso which can do the job. O&O DiskImage Pro 11 ( available on free giveaway) can also do it.

Click "Change Computer Properties". Click the Load button to Browse to the afflicted windows directory, then Tick the boxes as in the screenshot.

There is no need to create and restore an image. The module works independently and can be pointed at a non booting windows drive.

Sorry but everything messed and everything on my hard disk got deleted. But no problem , I already had backed up with macrium free. Once I restore my macrium image and then again will give O&O a try but it is giving errors at different stages.

I know you stated otherwise in the first post, but a clean install MUST always be an option, and it would take far less time than you've spent already. Windows 10 is better at detecting hardware changes, but there is never a guarantee it will work, even if you have the drive controller's set identically in the two BIOSes. If you can boot on the old motherboard, I'd do so, then backup your data and go right to a clean install on the new hardware. Aside from taking less time, it will give the new system its best chance at running efficiently.

Adjust to new hardware takes a matter of seconds.

The OP seems to have other problems.

It has been a while since his last post, so perhaps he did what he said - restored the image , adjusted and all is fine.

No, problem is not resolved. I am just trying out suggestions. I tried to restore macrium image but macrium usb is not booting on the new PC. Tried different settings UEFI , legacy and different ports. In some settings USB even did not show up in BIOS. Whenever it showed up, it failed to boot. Tried different Macrium usb but no one booted. These Macrium usb are o.k as they are booting on old PC. Then I tried fresh win 7 install, it installed up to the screen where it ask user name but at that place USB keyboard and mouse stopped working. Tried again but keyboard and mouse did not work. So installation could not be completed. Could not get time to attach ps2 mouse and key board.

Tried PS2 and it worked. I think, USB K/M may also have worked if I connect them to USB 2.0 port. Now only one thing have left i.e old hard disk to new motherboard with Macrium Redeployment. Presently not able to boot Macrium USB to new motherboard.

their used to be some kind of sysprep command we would use on a build to blank slate the drivers on it, but if you cannot boot, you need to look ad things like IDE/ACHL mode, secure boot, UFEI / Legacy support etc, no boot equals wrong mobo settings I am pretty sure. as I think no matter what if it can access the disk and tries to look for boot image you will get something even if its an immediate crash, if it cant find the boot image at all and just proceeds to the next boot device in the list like the lan, etc and waits on IP and then fails or whatever, its bc mobo isn't seeing the boot files on the drive

I would guess those are the typical defaults appropriate for those OS's. Manual means DIY of course.

(Of course you do need basic drivers when in BIOS to support the keyboard, screen, mouse etc etc - but Windows loads its own - typically .sys files e.g).

Can you quote your new MBO's manufacturer and type? That the BIOS refers to Win 7 offers some hope the MBO can be used with Win 7. If you have a look on the MBO's site you may find downloads by OS - just to confirm that. Nothing more.
Attached Bios Images. I am able to boot windows usb but not able to boot Macrium USB. In some setting it shows in the Bios and is Choosen by me the First bootable device, even then it does not boot. In some settings it even did not show up in Bios. Tried port 2.0 and 3.0 but no effect. What are the other changes required to boot Macrium USB.

Now even made a new 3.0 pen drive for macrium reflect but that also is not booting in this pc.
