steelseries 7G not recognize

hi,
my windows 10 not recoqnize my 7G keyboard. keyboard are working all . but windows recoqnize as a normal keyboard. also steelseries engine 3 not recoqnize either. is there any solution for this ?

Contact Steelseries. Discontinued hardware is going to have issues and that keyboard comes up as having issues with Windows 10, since 10 came out. Did you try this fix? How to fix lock lights not functioning on keyboards after updating to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Support

thankyou. but 7G is non backlit mechanical..and i already tryed to manual install the driver from steelseries engine...but theres no 7G keyboard on the list..

That is because it is discontinued hardware and no longer supported by the manufacturer.

yes its discontinued. its use ps/2 connector at low latency. but faster than usb 3. for a keyboard
