    Hi again T.A.Guy !

Remember if you ever find any BT external speakers or audio thing....well I discover using another friends laptop PC that you must go to Settings on Windows10 and go to Sound tab and look for INPUT and there you must Choose your input device and in our case we picked

    Headset (Omni jacket Hands-Free)

then the PC audio was going thru our BT external speakers !

sorry guys just pop in in your conversation but this problems like Bluetooth drivers missing or not working and so many another similar drivers ,software, issue it's been since 2015 and 2016 when win 10 launch.i am not that who knows a lot may be little more then basic knowledge how to fix normal issues but after I upgraded win 10 from win 7 and find out the damages due to upgrade since that time looking into getting my stuff back which actually Microsoft stole from PC and assure you we not only suffering there are countless pc went Huron shit and close to 3 years still hasn't find any support from Microsoft or device manufacturer.: devil:
my PC missing Bluetooth driver and few more after upgrade and exactly same problem I found enough post back 2015 and 2016 and continues and not one solution which work.
people from Microsoft keep telling abt all those baby steps and troubleshoot and lastly a clean reinstall like this are basic things mostly people knows abt it some time even more then them .
soory I think I am frustrated since 3 in morning and today again no success like always every night.

    Hi jantis,

I have found a possible solution for both of us (I can't test it right now) it's changing the start type in the registry from Manual to Automatic.

Change "Start" from 3 to 2 in the following places:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BluetoothUserService_33965
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bthserv

I am not sure it will work but i'll try it soon

Edit: I just saw that you cannot turn on/off Bluetooth, i know how to fix that.

    Step 1: Open services.msc
Step 2: Start the following services:

    Bluetooth Support Service
    Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
and any other Bluetooth related services.

Then set all of them to automatic.

BTW: I am having a problem setting Bluetooth User Support Service to Automatic, but the registry thing I showed you up in my post might fix it.
It worked, man... IT WORKED! Thanks a mill!!!!
