    1) Open the HP website > enter the product or serial number > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into this thread
HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Laptops | HP® Customer Support

    2) Check to see if the HP UEFI diagnostics are listed for available drivers/software for the computer > download and install the latest version

    3) If there are any problems with the download and install you can instead use a flash drive to test the hardware:
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site
HP hardware diagnostics 4-in-1 USB key

    4) The computer has default UEFI diagnostics however they are the most basic level unless they were updated. The USB testing is the middle ground. The download has the most comprehensive HP UEFI tests (all components and loop until failure)

    5) Run the HP UEFI diagnostics and report the software used and the test results into the thread

    6) Update the system specs (model number) etc.

    7) There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
Run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread:

Use the txt and images in this thread in case there are problems running the beta log collector: (post #5)

    8) Before running the log collector make sure that the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read:
