    Disk 1 Unknown Not initialised

Hi, I have made a stupid mistake by resetting my windows 10 using the advanced start-up option without any device or disc( just my laptop). Later, I have found that the computer can only recognise my C drive, and when I go to my disk manager, it shows my other drive to be "Disk 1 Unknown Not initialised", hence there is no disk space shown, it cannot be initialised in both ways hence, I have tried mini tool partition, and it does not recognise that disk at all.
Can someone plz give me a solution to fix this problem?

    Hi Bli161,

    1. Your
MSI GP62 6QF Gaming laptop may/can have two internal drives - one SSD and one HDD. Are you talking of the internal HDD?

    2. You had already tried initialising it as an MBR and GPT drive but couldn't get it initialised.
Right? What was the error message in both cases ? Repeat and post the exact error message/s. Also no disk space is shown. Would you mind posting a full screenshot of Windows Disk Management? Please adhere to the guidelines here Disk Management - How to Post a Screenshot of | Windows 10 Seeing is believing . 3. Since MiniTools Partition Wizard did not see your drive, it is quite unlikely that any other software also will see it. (Oh! Am I confusing you with my English? Put simply, other software also may not see your drive ) An indication of HDD failure ????? - too early to conclude without further info and non-invasive testing putting Windows to sleep..

    4. What was the reason that compelled you to reset Windows 10?
