    8.1GB Reserved for hardware

I've had this pc for about 7 months and never really checked my usable ram, but recently i wanted to play some games with a 16GB RAM requirement, so i checked and saw that half of my installed RAM is reserved. Now i know it's normal for some ram to be reserved, but 8.1GB seems a bit excessive, so i was wondering what might be wrong?
I'm running Windows 10 Pro, and here are some pics of taskmng and RAM info.Click image for larger version.

You could check in MSCONFIG to see if Windows is limiting your maximum memory.
Run MSCONFIG, click BOOT then ADVANCED OPTIONS and make sure the Maximum Memory box is unchecked.

Also check that the memory you are using is compatible with the motherboard and is installed in the correct RAM slots.

My 8GB laptop only has 101MB reserved by Windows.

Usually caused by an on-board/integrated video card that uses a certain amount of reserved ram. You can disable/reduce the amount in the BIOS.

    Mine is only 44.6MB hah!

Check the physical DIMM connections - remove the DIMMs, clean the contacts/slots, and reinstall. Also try swapping the DIMMs and installing only one at a time to see if one of them is bad.

The Cpu-Z screenshots show that the two DIMMs are from the same production batch. They were made in the same week/year and the serial numbers show there were only 135 other DIMMs between them on the production line. You can get more compatible than that.

Usually a DIMM is marked as hardware reserved if they can't be used for some reason. They may have been installed in the wrong configuration, or are seen to have poor contacts. Check the m/board manual for the correct configuration. Try reseating them.

Try testing them with MemTest86+ - Test RAM
