Windows 10: Can I connect GPU to this PSU?

You can easily obtain the required converter leads from Amazon or a similar supplier. If the GPU draws too much current then the PSU should shut down causing failure to boot or a BSOD.

Your PSU appears to be very old. It may be time to buy a new good quality branded PSU. I would buy a PSU having a minimum 750W output. You can uses an online PSU calculator to work out what power you need. I currently use EVGA PSUs due to the 10 year guarantee.

Other things to consider about PSU.
Amperage on +12v, not only total power in Watts, that may be very misleading.
Only top of the line PSUs can actually deliver what they state on the sticker, some of PSUs barely half of that.

Looking into getting a Corsair CXm550 at the moment. I have a very limited budget at the moment and that limits my choices but I think this one is a good choice as it's got enough wattage (don't think I'll need any more than 550W any time soon, if I do then I'm going to get a more expensive and efficient one anyway), it's not prohibitively expensive and it's also semi-modular. If you got any other good suggestions at this price range I'd be happy to hear them. Keep in mind I'm going to put a GTX 1060 on this machine which uses 120W max and my system doesn't use a whole lot of power elsewhere as I'm only using a single hard drive and only have a mouse & keyboard and a USB headset hooked up.

These are the results of a power supply calculator tool which account for the new GPU.

The CX550M is more than sufficient for a GTX1060 and G3320. Other recommendations would depend on what is available locally but if you can get the CX500M cheaply then I'd just go for it.

Well the CX550M was on discount at a store here, so it is cheaper than the CX500M currently. I ordered it for around 55€.
