    Hey RonBin79,
It's normal for Win10 to show USB Drives in those 2 locations, but from your other post it appears these are phantom USB drives (i.e. not actually connected) ... IF these are phantom USB drives ... First, disconnect any connected USB drives, then go to Disk Management and remove the drive letter of each of the USB phantom drives. Hello Ron,

It's normal for drives to show up under the "This PC" group in the navigation pane, and for removable drives to also show as their own separate group in the navigation pane. This way you could access them from either location.

If you like, you can use the method in the tutorial below to remove the duplicate separate group of removable drives.

    Hey RonBin79,
Sorry, I had to step away ....

    1. Right click on Disk 2 (Removable E) you should get a menu with the option to Change Drive Letter and Paths...
    2. Left click on the Change Drive Letter and Paths...
    3. In the popup box ... Click Remove
    4. Repeat for each of your phantom USB drives (i.e. Disk 3, Disk4)
    5. Reboot PC to make sure they are gone.

Note: If the option is greyed out, then we'll have to come up with something else.

These drives are listed as USB but are really a multi Card Reader. If you remove the drive letters, and use an SD card, it will not show in File Explorer, until you go back to Disk Management and Enable the drive letter again.

I have a PC with a multi card reader which displays multiple USB drives like that. You could disable or remove the card reader but why worry?

I would go to the tutorial in post #3: go to step 2 To remove drives from the navigation pane. However read all of the up front information first before proceeding. Once completed don't do anything else before letting us know the results. I'm don't have much expertise on handling USB issues that you need to address but there are others here who will be very helpful.
EDIT: I know this has already been mentioned by Eagle51 "disconnect any connected USB drives". That includes your external HDD, printer also if applicable.

I'd like to add that in your previous screenshot, the Libraries folder is available. There isn't anything wrong with that but that wasn't there by default: in other words it was purposely put there. Do you know what is the intent of having done so?

As you can see it isn't as busy as yours but I'm hoping your system can become as clean as possible.
