Ron, when you have time please fill in your system specs as that will be very helpful for all of us.

Go to How to Fill in your System Specs at Ten Forums
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Windows 10 Tutorials

If you wish, you can click on my MeAndMyComputer and select View Profile. Click on the System Spec tab and look in my entries as examples.

If you find it daunting to enter applicable information, go to Belarc - System Management For The Internet Age. Software license management, IT asset management, IT security, Cyber Security. and run the Belarc Advisor. Give it time to complete. It’s a nice easy to read report and I do that every time I help someone. Copy and paste or print in the necessary information into the appropriate subject box in your system spec page.

I have copied and saved the data, it's in my Documents Folder. Presumably all I have to do now is fill in the Systems form shown on Setting in Windows Ten Forum?
    Cheers,

MAndMC, I have just added my settings, I don't know if they are what you wanted? I don't know what PSU means and could not find it in Berlac(?) like wise the case which is of course metal, neither could I not find any info about cooling but I do know it has a fan. Perhaps you could let me know if I have provided the right info, if I have not got it right please send me corrective help??

    Cheers for now,

I'd like to add that in your previous screenshot, the Libraries folder is available. There isn't anything wrong with that but that wasn't there by default: in other words it was purposely put there. Do you know what is the intent of having done so?
In File Explorer the Libraries item may not show in the Navigation pane but it is available to add under the View item on the Menu bar. The Notebook I'm on shows it under the drives and above Network. I have seen default/clean installs automatically put Libraries next after the Quick Access item. There's several options available when right-clicking a Folder or file and Include in Library.

No, I haven't the faintest idea, as far as I can remember, it has always been there and I have used it off and on. Did you have a look at my settings?

Thank you for including your computer specs. I'll look them over when I get back later. Since you have a Dell can you post the service tag # please? If it's alright with you, it will be possible to look up your exact unit on Dell's website and find the manual for your computer.
--- Did you buy your computer brand new and did it originally come with Windows 10 on it?

On the Libraries folder, please don't worry about it. I was just curious if you knew why it was there? Don't change anything on your computer as I'd prefer you get through the MRF (Macrium Reflect Free) that you on working on.

NOTE: Keep in mind not change any performance or application items on your computer unless instructed to while getting caught up with completing Macrium Reflect (MRF).

In post #9, I mentioned “I would go to the tutorial in post #3: go to step 2 To remove drives from the navigation pane.” plus some additional information. If you haven’t done that, don’t do it yet.

On your computer specs: (Nice job BTW)
In post #15 “I don't know what PSU means and could not find it in Berlac(?)”
-- PSU means Power Supply Unit: it isn't included in Belarc: you can leave out that information for now.
“like wise the case which is of course metal” you can remove metal.
“neither could I not find any info about cooling but I do know it has a fan”
--- Not a problem in your case, you can remove fan if you wish.

On screen resolution of 15, go to Settings > System > Select Display if it isn’t already on > scroll down to resolution: mine shows 1600 x 900 (Recommended)

On the Internet speed of 20ms, I’m not familiar with that and don’t have it in my system specs. Usually there are upload & download speeds involved. Maybe some one else can chime in on that.

On the Norton anti-virus, it would be good to know which Norton product/suite is in use.

On the Keyboard & Mouse HID’s, you can remove them if you wish.
