Headphones do not show up when Realtek is installed

    If you uninstalled the Realtek driver, restart the computer and see if the update is being blocked.

    I would help further, but I haven't ever had problems with Realtek audio this far before. Any other stuff is out of my comfort zone, and I don't want you to break your PC.

    I understand. It's probably easier anyway to just uninstall it when it restarts. Thanks for the help, though.

    I FOUND A SOLUTION. I found a website and used the first method and it worked. Thanks for helping out NiceGuy and Ben.
