    Hi

Try the device in another PC and also another USB port.

Make your you restart instead of shutting down before trying in another USB port.

What happens in these 2 x scenarios please?

Tried on another PC (laptop) with the same SO (w10). Windows wasnt able to recognize the device, it just showed as unknown device on the device manager and i couldnt install the drivers either though the device manager or using the Madcatz software.

As i recall, when i used this device it was just plug and play and u could install this drivers to have more compatibility with some game. Seems like either the cable or the device is broken or its not getting enough energy from the port.

I will try the device on my PS4 later and will update.

    Thanks for the help

No worries. Normally it's either drivers or Windows has remembered a power issue on that particular USB port hence the reboot and swap ports suggestion. If you have a POWERED hub, try plugging it into that as will eliminate power delivery as an issue.

On a desktop, for example, the front ports are far more flaky than the rear and USB 2.0 worse than USB 3.0 - power wise.

Keep us posted and good luck

Pelase confirm that you are at Build 1803.
Last time you use it was also at Build 1803 or was other W10 Build?

I have a USB TV-Stick that is not working in 1803, but it works very well in 1709.
