Windows Explorer Strange Device ( Windows 10 )

I have a question about something strange device shown on my Windows Explorer like as pict attached, anyone can help ? Thank for your kindness attention and help.

Dear sir, yes i have but not connected right now.

I can't see the device's name which is obscured. It's probably a mobile device trying to automatically connect to your network which is within range. No connection should be possible if you have changed the default router password. Disable WPS on your router or disable SSID broadcast.

That's what I mean sir ( no name and nothing to do ), all night trying to identified that device, I've checked all phones in my house, and nothing that connected via wifi or bluetooth,,, it makes massive headache on me... until I woke up this morning turn on my PC and that thing is still there...so i dont want to make massive headache again then I do clean install OS.
And when in that condition, my CPU usage was high, about 50%-80% in Task Manager...what a heck...That's why I make clean install today.

By the way thank you for your kindness suggestion and info about this. I came here because this forum is active and many problem of my windows 10 solved. Once again thank you nice share and keep it up.

Ok, I try to explain and sorry for my bad grammar, I'll try my best.
The day before yesterday, my father asked me to sent some music files into his Blackberry, and I connected to my PC using Bluetooth, they succeed in pairing but can't send and receive file. The Blackberry device was detected on my PC but could not send file. I confused and finally i connected his Blackberry using cable and succeed, no problem during send and receive files and my father was happy with his old phone and his beloved songs.
I did not expect that problem happened, the unidentified devices and high usage CPU in Task Manager were making trouble on my PC. And finally I made this thread here, and before just as reader

Just additional information about the old Blackberry was 9300 series.

If the devices are still connected via Bluetooth then stop the link or turn off Bluetooth on your PC. A device from a neighbour may be trying to connect over wifi. In this case disable WPS on your router or disable SSID broadcast.

Dear Sir,

I always disabling my SSID broadcast, everything is ok before, and the strange device comes after I connect my dad's blackberry, and not disappear after I disconnect the connection. And there is no explanation whatsoever on windows explorer about the device.
